Junior Winter Tour coming in 2019

Unfortunately the junior winter tour was cancelled in 2020. We hope to run it again in 2021.

The Junior Winter tour is a competition aimed at young golfers aged 7-14 years old with or without a handicap. There are five events within the North East. The events are played over nine holes from blue, red and yellow tees. The rules have been kept as close as possible to the Northern Golf Tour to help players and parents with continuity.

The Northern Golf Tour has been a huge success in Durham and the Junior Winter Tour aims to provide an environment where young golfers can continue to compete. While the Junior Winter Tour uses similar rules as the Northern Golf Tour they are in no way linked.
