Steve McClaren Academy

Launched in 2020, the Steve McClaren Academy aims to support the development of elite junior golfers in the North East of England.

Simon heads up the programme, offering coaching and game management tuition at Close House while working with players regularly both in person and remotely.

Meanwhile, former Middlesbrough footballer Stuart Parnaby supports players with strength and conditioning, while Steve’s son Josh provides sports psychology support
